How every integration works
- An API key authenticates the calls. Create one under Account Settings → Integrations → Alice API Keys. Some integrations use OAuth credentials instead; their section says so.
- An application id (
app_id) selects which enforcement policies apply. Copy it from Application Inventory. The application must have at least one policy assigned. - A verdict comes back for every evaluation. The integration enforces it:

MASK | Flagged spans are redacted. action_text carries the masked text where the integration can rewrite it. |
DETECT | A violation was recorded but the content passes. Visible in Data Explorer. |
NO_ACTION | Nothing matched. |
Every evaluation is recorded in Data Explorer, whatever the verdict.
