Policy Management
Policy Management lets your account control the detection policies applied to your content. It has no menu item in WonderSuite; open it with the link at the end of this page. The page lists every policy available to your account and distinguishes those shared with you from those your account owns.
- Shared policies — Policies shared into your account. Use Configure to tailor them for your account: activate or deactivate the policy, set the risk-score threshold, and choose categories. All other settings stay read-only, sourced from the shared definition — the policy's API Response Key, Map Detectors, and Media Types are shown for reference but can't be changed here.
- Account-owned policies — Policies your account created. Use Edit to change them, Duplicate or Delete them, or + Add Policy to create a new one — setting the name, description, API response key, threshold, categories, and mapped detectors.
With policy edit permission you can also Duplicate any policy (owned or shared) into a new account-owned copy.
Each policy is shown as a card listing its connected detectors and the media types those detectors cover. Use the search box and the All / Enabled / Disabled filter to narrow the list; disabled policies appear grayed out.
Shared policies cannot be re-shared from this page, and account users never see backoffice-only settings.
