Action Mapping

After you have created one or more actions in the T&S platform in Action Management, you can map these actions to the buttons of Moderation Views.

To map actions –

  1. Click the Account Settings cog button that appears in the top right corner of the Alice T&S page.

  2. Select MODERATION CAPABILITIES and then select Action Mapping. A list of all the Moderation Views that were created in the View Configuration page is displayed. For example, as shown below –

  1. Click thecog on the right side of a Moderation View’s row to expand it. For example, as shown below –

The left side shows a preview of the Moderation View, including the buttons that it contains. For example, the Remove and Set High Priority buttons are shown above.

  1. The right side shows the list of actions that were created in the Action Management page. You can define each of these actions as a button.

cog – Specifies that this action appears as a button in this Moderation View.

cog – Specifies that this action is not a button in this Moderation View.

Clicking on an action’s/button’s row displays a pointer showing where the button will be located in the Moderation View. For example, as shown below –

  1. To change the order in which the buttons appear, simply drag the number of a button cog upwards or downwards.

The first two actions/buttons are displayed as a button (for example Keep and Remove shown above). The third action/button and onwards (meaning 3 and above) can be accessed in a Moderation View by clicking cog. For example, as shown below –

  1. Click the Save button.
